Hip Hinge
20–60 seconds or 4–30 repetitions
In the game, the amount die decides how long or how many times.
How it works
- Stand with your knees slightly bent. Hold a stick (e.g. a broom handle) against your back so that it touches your tailbone area, your upper back (between the shoulder blades) and the back of your head
- Tighten your stomach and bend forward from the hips with a straight back, without the stick leaving your lower back. Let your gaze follow downwards
- You should feel a clear stretch in the backs of your thighs
- Stand up again and, at the top, firmly squeeze your stomach and glutes without arching your back.
Only do what feels good. Please stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
