Single-Leg Stand
10–60 seconds or 5–30 repetitions
In the game, the amount die decides how long or how many times.
How it works
- Stand on one leg and lift the other to a right angle (hold on to the back of a chair if needed)
- Swing the raised leg back as far as you can and then forwards again
- Keep your body tense: glutes and stomach muscles stay active. Switch legs halfway through.
Only do what feels good. Please stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
