Backpack Rows
20–90 seconds or 5–50 repetitions
In the game, the amount die decides how long or how many times.
How it works
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Lean forward a little from the hips, keeping your back straight, and hold a backpack in front of your knees
- Pull it up to your belly, keeping your elbows close to your body
- Hold briefly, then lower it slowly. You can also use one arm at a time – then switch sides.
Only do what feels good. Please stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
