Wall Slides
10–60 seconds or 5–30 repetitions
In the game, the amount die decides how long or how many times.
How it works
- Stand with your back against a wall, feet about one foot-length in front of it. Your bottom, back and the back of your head touch the wall
- Raise your arms against the wall in a U shape: elbows at shoulder height, forearms and backs of your hands touching the wall
- Slowly slide your arms up the wall as far as you can without losing contact
- Slowly return to the U shape. Don't arch your back – keep your lower back close to the wall.
Only do what feels good. Please stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
